Just Be It - Existence over Action

Just Be It.

Existence over Action

In today’s world, we are so deeply engrossed in the external that we often forget our core purpose.

We’re always Doing—running, achieving, performing. But in that rush, we forget the simple yet profound importance of just Being.

Life is a natural unfolding. We are born, we live, and we die. That is nature.
Yet there is existence in every stage—even in death.

The essence of nature is to exist.
Our planet has simply existed for millions of years.
Life has come and gone, evolved and dissolved—yet the thread of existence continues.

This existence is not dull. It is in awareness - to maintain the balance in creation.

Our scriptures (Purāṇas) declare that the soul passes through 84 lakh life forms—both animate and inanimate. The human form is just one among them.
Nature holds all these forms, existing continuously since the beginning of creation.

But we forget this simple truth.

We complicate our lives by overemphasizing doing.

We think doing will lead us to our source.

But in reality, it is being present that reconnects us to it.

Even the simplest daily tasks call for presence.
Yet the ego whispers that performance is everything.

The ego merely imitates the Self—but does the exact opposite.
Like a mirror reflection: similar in form, yet reversed in essence.

Consider this:

  • The Self is eternal. Ego is fleeting.
  • The Self simply exists. Ego constantly acts.
  • The Self is one. Ego multiplies identities.
  • The Self is peace. Ego breeds unrest.
  • The Self is truth. Ego is illusion.

When the mind clings to ego, it is pulled toward compulsive action.
But when it anchors in the Self, it finds peace.
